How quickly will I hear back?
I aim to reply within 24 hours, and during weekdays it’s usually a lot faster, often within a few hours. Out of hours and weekend enquiries get answered first thing the next working day.
If your enquiry’s urgent (selling the car this week, deadline before a holiday, etc.), drop a quick text to the phone number, text gets through fastest if I’m mid-job and can’t pick up the phone.
What information do you need from me to give a quote?
The basics: car make and model, your postcode area, and which package you’re interested in (or “not sure, recommend something” if you’d rather I advise). If you can mention paintwork condition , any obvious swirl marks, scratches, or contamination, that helps me give an accurate price first time.
Photos are useful but not required. If the paint’s in unusual condition or you’ve had previous work done, photos help me confirm the right package and any add ons before quoting.
Do you offer phone consultations or in person assessments before booking?
Yes, both. A quick phone call to talk through options and pricing is free and usually takes 5–10 minutes. For higher-value vehicles or more complex jobs (heavy correction, multi stage work, business fleet pricing), I can arrange an in person assessment before quoting , no obligation either way.
