Ceramic Coating Manchester Prices. Three Packages, fixed Price. Polish Included.

Across most providers in Manchester, ceramic coating prices range from around £350 to £900+ depending on coating tier, vehicle size, and what’s included. My pricing sits between £549 and £799 fully loaded, every package includes single stage machine polish, full decontamination wash, and warranty documentation as standard.

The lower end of the local market often excludes paintwork preparation; the higher end usually includes services I include by default. The best way to get an accurate price is to send me your vehicle details and  I’ll come back within 24 hours with a fixed quote, no pressure.

Honest answer: the prep work is identical , decontamination, polish, application and that’s where most of the labour cost sits. The 10 year coating itself is a higher grade product so the materials cost more, but the application time isn’t double.

The £200 difference reflects the genuine product cost difference, not a 2x markup for “premium” branding. If you’re keeping the car beyond 4 years, the 10 year almost always works out better value.

Because applying ceramic coating over swirl marked, defect laden paint just locks the damage in. Once the coating cures, those swirls are sealed under the coating for the next 5–10 years. Polishing first is the only way to get a finish you’ll actually be happy with long term, so I treat it as part of the job, not an upsell.

If a company’s quoting £400 for a coating without polish included, you’re either paying more total (£400 + £200 plus for a polish) or accepting a worse result. My pricing treats it as standard because the work has to be done either way.

SUVs, 4x4s, 6–7 seaters and vans have significantly more surface area to prepare and coat than a saloon or hatchback, sometimes 30–40% more. That’s more polishing time, more clay bar work, more coating product used, and a longer day on site.

The £50 difference reflects that genuine extra time and materials, not a “size premium.” A Range Rover doesn’t pay double a Golf , it pays the cost of doing the same job on a bigger vehicle.

All travel within Greater Manchester is included in the price,  Manchester, Salford, Stockport, Bolton, Oldham, Bury, Rochdale, Trafford, Ashton-under-Lyne, Altrincham, Wigan, and surrounding areas. No travel surcharge regardless of postcode within Greater Manchester.

If you’re slightly outside Greater Manchester, send me the postcode and I’ll let you know whether it’s still feasible, sometimes yes, sometimes there’s a small mileage contribution, but I’ll always tell you upfront.

No, the price quoted at booking is the price paid at completion. I assess the vehicle, agree the package and any optional add ons in writing before the day, then stick to it.

If I find something during preparation that would genuinely change the spec, significantly heavier defects than expected, for example i’ll  flag it and discuss before doing the extra work, never after. Surprise add ons aren’t how I run the business.
